1. Use and Restrictions.

Software must be incorporated by you as a service and may not be repackaged or resold under any form unless with the permission of nothing2hide.net. One single license can be use on ALL the websites you OWN.

2. Limitation of Remedies and Damages.

In no event will nothing2hide.net or its staff be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or special damages.

3. System Refund Policy

Due to the open-sourced nature of Software, no refunds are given under any circumstance other than under our System Guarantee detailed below. You acknowledge herewith that you will not cancel payment or seek post-purchase refund for lack of having observed system requirements, a 'change of mind' and or any difficulty in operating the software due to lack of user knowledge or any other condition not exacted by the System Guarantee below.

4. System Guarantee

If with your full compliance with our support staff's recommendations and requests our system fails to work as prescribed on your server(s), you will unquestionably be entirely refunded.

5. Payments

The Nothing2Hide Membership subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed (very low prices!! 29$ for GOLD and 19$ for SILVER subscription) at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from within your Plimus control panel. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year.

6. SILVER vs GOLD subscription

The SILVER subscription is strongly discounted because it doesn't include any type of support, so before choosing it please make sure to be able to install and configure the plugin yourself (i.e. you could try the free version). Anyway a SILVER membership can always be uograded to a GOLD one.

7. Translation Service Availability

The product works by interfacing to some translation services like Google Translations: we are not responsible and cannot issue refunds if for any reason the translation service ceases to work.
